At Brogen, we take great care in creating and delivering your digital artwork and prints. Each piece is handled with attention to detail. However, since damages can occasionally occur during transit, please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds will only be accepted if the product delivered is damaged or broken.

To process your request, we require clear photo or video proof of the damaged product.

In certain cases, especially if the product was damaged during delivery, we may request an unboxing video for inspection. Based on the review, we will either issue a replacement or a refund as per your preference.
2. Conditions

Requests made without valid photo/video proof will not be accepted.

Return or refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
3. Creator Transparency
This store is run by a single independent creator, managing both the digital artwork and the online store. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth process.
